UPDATED 4/26/05 - Lots of folks have done Army of Darkness figures at this point, including both Mcfarlane and Sideshow.  But Palisades went with a unique scale and style, and may end up the most popular of the bunch.

This first shot is of a gray dusted test shot of an evil Ash, along with the rolling shield and small shield.  The second shot shows another test shot of the evil Ash, in a slightly different color, holding the book of the dead.

Next up is a two up, used as a tour sample for awhile.  This two up is twice the size of a regular figure, as you might assume from the name, and is of one of the knights.

This next one is perhaps my favorite pre-production item I own - a two up of the evil Ash.  However, not only is it a two up, but it has the initial head sculpt which was never used in production.

There's a ton of other characters in the film, and this test shot is one of those - the Pit Witch.

Here's three more two ups, all from the second series I believe.  There's the Evil Ash in his armor, a captain of the dead army, and a skeleton warrior:

Don't ask why I ended up with all these 2 ups, since I'm not a huge fan of the movie.  Once I got started, I couldn't stop!  This next one will never be produced, at least not with this head sculpt.

This next one is also canceled, and is supposed to be the burnt up Evil Ash after the final battle.

I included three shots of the next one, because he's my favorite.  This is a winged Deadite that was pulled from series 2 at one point, but is back in I believe, at least for now.
