Packaging - **
Same old, same old for these figures. One noticeable change however
- the back of the card no longer lists what the Commtech chip says.
In this case, he says "This invasion will gain you nothing.",
"A communications disruption can mean only one thing -
invasion." and "How will you explain this invasion to the
Senate?"
Sculpting - ****
An excellent job! His hair is longer than I remember, but the
likeness is very good. Add to that the very nice job on the portly
body and costume, and this is one of my favorites, certainly one of the
best in some time for this line.
Articulation - **1/2
Nothing surprising here - hip, shoulder, neck, waist. A plus - he
stands quite well on his own with little effort.
Accessories - **
A nice job on the blaster pistol, but the accessory score here is hurt by
the lousy voice chip. The lines are good - but it sounds nothing
like the actor. These chips have been very hit and miss, more often
miss than hit. Here's another that sounds like my old Apple II+.

I got extremely lucky on my toy run today - I don't buy alot of new Star
Wars merchandise, but I found dear Sio at Target, on clearance for
$2.88! I figured you can't pass up that kind of luck, and Sio Bibble
is one of the finest figures to come out of Episode 1 and Hasbro for quite
some time.
For those that don't know or have forgotten, Mr Bibble is the Naboo
Governor, who counseled Queen Amidala.
Paint - ***
Top notch work, particularly on the eyes. I've only seen a couple of
these so far, so I'm unable to tell you if they're consistent or not, so
be careful.
Overall - ***1/2
Nicest 3 3/4" figure I've seen in some time now. That may be
due to the seeming drought of new figures we've had over the last 3 months
or so, but I'm very pleased with this character, and alongside Queen
Amidala and Captain Panaka, he looks terrific!
